What data do we collect?

  1. Upon registration on our Website, personally identifiable information such as your name, physical address, email address, telephone number, date of birth and/or other similar information is collected

For processing payments for the services rendered by you via the Website, we would require your banking details, such as name, address, email id, PAN card details and financial information that corresponds to your bank. including but not limited to, bank name, branch, account number, IFSC code etc.

How do we collect your data?

We collect the data in the following manner:

  1. Through Google Analytics:

We do not have direct access to the information obtained from Google Analytics, but Google provides us with a summary through their dashboard.

How we use the information we collect?

To provide and maintain UniGigs Services: We use the information collected to deliver, maintain and provide better services (including but not limited to processing transactions) and verify users’ identities. Given our legal obligations and system requirements, we cannot provide you with all or some of our services without data like identification information, supervision information, service usage information, communication information, and transaction information.
